Overcome Hypoglycemia

"...But I Haven't Got Time to Cook! Healthy Eating in a Hurry" is a book I wrote while living and working in London.  I love good food but am not prepared to compromise healthy eating because of a punishing schedule.  This book is designed to help you to improve your diet while living in the fast lane and will help you overcome your hypoglycemia.  It answers your questions about what you can eat to remain health, how to cope without wheat and dairy products, how to cope with children who are faddy eaters and more.

Unfortunately right now stocks are unavailable but please register your interest in the form below if you would like to know when you can get a copy.

In the meanwhile I recommend that you might like to try Overcoming Hypoglycemia.  My only reservation is that the author recommends the use of artificial sweetners.  Avoid the use of artificial sweeteners.   The body is not deceived into thinking it has received its sugar fix and will continue to crave the real thing.  Aspartame, a sugar alternative, is said to destroy nerve cells, and I found that certain children reacted very badly to it.  If you feel the need for something sweet, look for Xylitol and Stevia in health food shops.  You need very little and they do not cause the same reaction as sugar.
